This Firestone location is AMAZING!!!!!! I was without a working vehicle for 5 days- and had no idea what was wrong with it. Called this location- and got in same day! I left my wallet on accident at home- and Randy was stellar at taking care of myself and my family! Also, the he dealership wanted to some crazy price- but Firestone on Haywood Rd made it super affordable!!!! I will forever be thankful!!!

Randy is wonderful! His team was also very informative and provided friendly, professional service. I initially called to schedule my appointment over the phone, and the excellent customer service I received made me feel comfortable choosing this particular Firestone. When I arrived, Randy was there waiting to assist me. He took the time to go over everything in detail and made sure I understood the recommended services. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary work. I truly appreciated that my comfort and understanding were his priority. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and even became a VIP member today. I highly recommend Randy and his team to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional automotive service

Rolled into here after my brakes failed in traffic from a blown vacuum gasket, was greeted with fast, friendly and great customer service! One day later Left with new brakes a new tire and an accepted job offer. Best place around for all your auto needs!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Randy Siegel, Ed Espinosa, and the entire team for doing an outstanding job maintaining our activity bus fleet and servicing my Nissan Rogue. The leadership and organization that Ed has brought to the team have been phenomenal. What stands out most is their commitment to customer service. They communicate clearly, keep you informed throughout the process, work efficiently, and genuinely fight to provide the best service possible. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, honesty, timely repairs, and excellent communication so well. Amazing service! The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all the questions I had with utmost professionalism and were extremely patient with me and all my questions. Big shout out to Tsu who made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on the state of my truck that was being worked on. He helped me decide which tires would be the best fit for my truck and worked with me to make sure I was getting everything I needed! The waiting area was very clean and welcoming, and the staff continuously made sure I was comfortable. I got my tires replaced and a realignment and I could tell that they handled my truck with care and professionalism. They were very upfront with everything and they really seemed like people who strive to provide the best service possible and they did just that! The service that I got here was exceptional and so much better than anywhere else I’ve been. I would definitely recommend everybody come to this Firestone for guaranteed 10/10 service!
